Gail Curtis

Gail is a proud native of West Branch, with deep roots in the housing industry—her grandfather and father both worked in construction. Growing up immersed in this environment, Gail knew from a young age that she wanted to follow in her family’s footsteps.

In 1996, Gail earned her real estate license and began her career at Century21 Horizon Realty in West Branch, where she worked for seven years. After taking some time to focus on raising her family and contributing to community projects, Gail decided to return to real estate in 2017. She went back to school, earned her broker’s license, and fulfilled a lifelong dream by opening 31 Realty in 2018—a 31-year achievement—focused on helping customers with their real estate needs.

With years of experience and dedication, Gail is now happily helping people find their perfect homes. She firmly believes that everyone deserves a place to call home and is committed to making that a reality for her clients.
