Suthern has always had a passion for helping people and building meaningful relationships. She is excited to begin her real estate career with 31 Realty, where she can combine that passion with her appreciation for homes and the Northern Michigan community.

Coming from a family involved in construction and development, Suthern developed an early understanding of the care and dedication that goes into every home. She enjoys learning about the local market and is committed to providing every client with honest communication, personalized service, and the attention they deserve.

When she isn’t working with clients, Suthern enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and giving back as a board member of the DeShano Community Foundation. She is honored to serve her community and looks forward to helping clients find a place they are proud to call home.
