Todd Johnson

Todd grew up hunting and fishing with his father, family, and friends, developing a deep love for the outdoors at an early age. This passion quickly became more than just a hobby. After high school, he headed to East Lansing and earned a degree in Professional Forestry from MSU.

Todd’s professional career began with a logging company on the west side of the state, and he later worked for a large forest products manufacturer, holding positions from Field Forester to Mill Manager. Despite his successful career, Todd always dreamed of owning his own business.

In 2021, Todd founded TD Johnson Forestry to focus on his true passion: improving wildlife habitat and forest health on private lands across Northern Michigan. Helping clients sell and purchase land was a natural extension of his land management expertise, which led him to obtain his real estate license.

Todd is excited and honored to join Gail and the team at 31 Realty, where he looks forward to combining his forestry knowledge with real estate to better serve his clients.
