Cori Courtemanche

Cori has a large family and loves spending time with them and on the golf course. She earned her real estate license in 1995 and began her career in the Bay City area.

After moving north, Cori chose to stay home to raise her children. The Courtemanche family owns The Nightmare and The Dream Golf Courses in West Branch. Over the years, Cori continued to assist family and friends with their housing needs, rekindling her passion for real estate.

In 2019, Cori decided to return to the real estate profession. The opportunity to partner with another woman who shared her work ethic and honest approach was too good to pass up, so she joined 31 Realty and hasn’t looked back since.

Cori is now enjoying meeting new people and helping them find their perfect homes. She is dedicated to making the home-buying process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
